Very disappointed. Enquired about a car that looked to be of good standard. Told me it was still available so placed a deposit on the vehicle which they were very happy to take to hold car for 7 days contacted them the day after to arrange things and they tell me the car has been sold. Didn’t think to contact me to tell me this.

Decent initial sale, terrible after sale experience. Poor communication, no warranty paperwork, and repeated gearbox failures. After about 2 months, I managed to return the car and get a refund after receiving assistance from Scotland Consumer Advice team. My experience at Longstone couldn’t have been better, the car was in exceptional condition. The one small issue I noticed on the test drive was the A/C wasn’t working, Patrick was straight on the case and had it re gassed and working in no time. They went the extra mile to move things around to get the car into the shop and sorted within 2 hours. I highly recommend them and a big thank you to Patrick, it was much appreciated bud.
Advertising their business is more important than following the law and the safety of pedestrians and cyclists. Excuses of it being 5 mins don't cut it, still breaking the law and putting people in danger. This is a regular occurrence, sometimes it's a car for sale.
