My experience at Longstone couldn’t have been better, the car was in exceptional condition. The one small issue I noticed on the test drive was the A/C wasn’t working, Patrick was straight on the case and had it re gassed and working in no time. They went the extra mile to move things around to get the car into the shop and sorted within 2 hours. I highly recommend them and a big thank you to Patrick, it was much appreciated bud.
Advertising their business is more important than following the law and the safety of pedestrians and cyclists. Excuses of it being 5 mins don't cut it, still breaking the law and putting people in danger. This is a regular occurrence, sometimes it's a car for sale.
Can’t recommend Longstone Edinburgh Ltd enough! Just bought my van from them and the service was absolutely spot on from start to finish. No pushy sales patter – just honest, helpful advice and a smooth, stress-free process. Over the moon with my new van and I’ll definitely be back when it’s time for an upgrade. 5 stars all the way!
