I have had an Aqua-Hot problem with my motorhome since new, I have owned it for about 7 months now. Dave and Stacy came to my RV site and in just a couple of hours had it working the way it should. This is after I spent a Month at a dealership, and having about 75% of the parts in the unit replaced. 5 stars across the board. We camped at the KOA Pigeon Forge for a week. As we were hooking up our fifth wheel to leave, I noticed our house battery was almost dead and none of our slides would come in and jacks would not come up. I tried trouble shooting on my own and couldn’t sort it out. Thought I might need to replace a specialty fuse that no local parts store carries. Words cannot express our gratitude. We get to our campsite and our slide-out wouldn’t go out. They were more than accommodating to make sure we still had a good weekend. They got us in right away and used their Friday night to get us running. Great work, very knowledgeable, and honest! Definitely would use again.
