We contacted Longship RV this morning. They hooked us up to their remote app and walked me through how to get our slide fixed and working. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! We will definitely call next time we need help!!!
He was super helpful. He does not service my area. If he did service my area I would definitely use him as my RV service provider.
David was amazing
While camping in pigeon forge over the holiday weekend we had a couple different issues with our RV. We contacted Dave and Stacy at Longship RV and they came out immediately and fixed all of our issues. Bonus, they are an authorized aqua-hot service center. Definitely a bonus they have video calling to try and fix issues before they really need to come out. Very nice people. Wonderful business!
I was on a three week trip and my aqua hot was not working two days into the trip. Dave was able to FaceTime video chat with me and troubleshoot the problem over the phone and had it working again like new. Dave is really good at his craft. I would recommend them for any service or repairs you need. Thanks again guys for everything.
