I usually don’t take the time to write reviews but this one is deserving. I was recommended to go here, not sure why but it clearly was a mistake. The minute you walk thru the door it all starts. They ignore you, you feel like your bothering them and then when it does finally get semi fixed weeks later, it seemed to work better before you paid them to fix it. I would give them minus 5 stars if I could. Horrible. Stay away.
I repair things and I know how to treat customers and get it done. This place, read the reviews as they aren’t wrong. It takes forever to fix anything and 9 times out of 10 you’ll have to come back as it will break the first time you try and fire it up to use it. Burn the money instead of coming to Long’s to fix anything
bad bad bad sums it up. Took a mower in, didn’t even touch it till I came back 2 weeks later and then said it was toast. Took it to another mechanic and it was only the carburetor. Stay away from here and save yourself the hassle
where do I start? I’m going to keep it simple. Don’t take any engine here. Less hassle to buy a new one or throw it out and move on. Owner is not very sociable and doesn’t have two clues
I wouldn’t take anything to Long’s. It’s a good name for his business as it’s Longggggg…to ever fix anything and that’s if your lucky and it happened to be a simple fix. The owner Craig is very rude and only reason he has a business is that it got passed down in the family. Word of advice, pay more and go elsewhere where it will get fixed and you’ll get good service
