Do NOT use this company! Believe the other one stars reviews. Our townhome HOA hired this Longspeak to maintain our common area grounds (lawn, sprinklers, trees, bushes, weeds, leaves, etc.). Sure, they cut the grass, but they failed to do anything else. We spent hours reviewing the issues the Matt Hendricks (our account manager), who lied to us about billing and services.
