vet clinic We have gone here for years. They know our animals by name. Dr Cousins always takes time to explain things to you. We took our frenchies there and they did a great job. They can always get you an appt. and have great hours for the working person.
Excellent Care and Followup The hospital has an excellent staff of doctors that are not afraid to have a specialist help with a diagnosis. For those of us who work, the hospital is open 7 days a week with evening hours. The staff is always happy to you and learn your pet's name and your name. The vets are very busy but they take the time to call with updates on your animals status. They also do follow up calls to check on your animal after a visit. I won't go here anymore I had used this vet clinic for a couple of years and thought it was fantastic. I made a vaccine-update appointment. with the clinic for my cat in December, and realized when I got there that none of the vets we had seen before were there anymore. The vet we did see seemed to hardly care about my cat and barely even checked her over. She also dismissed the fact that my cat's black fur is changing color to red, which the new vet we're now seeing believes may be from a serious disorder (which we're inves... read more
Loving and Methodical! These people were absolutely great! In my experience, I wasn't pressured into spending any more money than I wanted to. They didn't just throw some prescription cream at my dog and hope for the best like my old vet. They were very methodical in trying to reach a diagnosis. Dr. Becker is the best!
So Friendly and Reliable! I had been vet-searching for a year before I found Longs Peak. They are fantastic! I have a very accident-prone dog-we are definitely frequent flyers at the vet. Longs Peak is open 7 days a week and don't charge different rates for nights or weekends. They're super-friendly, and always call the day after a visit to check on your pet. Avoid This Vet if You Love Your Animals! We have used Longs Peak Vet and were happy with the care, service and prices for five years. The clinic was recently sold to another veterinarian and has since gone down hill in the quality of care with a marked increase in prices. No instructions for a post operative dog, mis-diagnosis, incomplete labeling of medication and a very condescending attitude by the vet owner are a few of the issues we had.
