Superb, friendly staff. Took excellent care of my cat, attentive and empathetic carers. Easy to recommend.
This review is for the boarding part of the business specifically. We nervously left our 15-year-old dog with them over a long weekend. When we picked her up, they had washed her dog bed because she had messed it. She came back home, and every member of our large family noticed that she seemed younger and happier than she was before. I don't know what the staff did, but I can tell she was really taken care of well!
I’ve been boarding here for 2 years and use their vet services. Called today to board again for 2 dogs and was informed that the owners have chosen to charge a fee for supplying your own food during boarding. This is adding another 50$ in cost for a week stay. So I proceeded to ask if they could atleast give my large breed puppy high protein puppy food like their own vets recommended. They said they can only do hill side sensitive stomach.
