Great service. They know their craft
I had taken my Ryobi to a local service center, but they spent a week and did not even have the time to look at my lawn mower. I took it to Longs and they diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes. They even applied to Ryobi to become a designated service center, but that process takes some time. I picked it up and took it to the next nearest service center in Byron, MI. Longs didn’t charge me and thanked me for my business. They will get all my busy that isn’t warranty work, unless they can become a Ryobi Service Center. Great pe... read more

I messaged them about getting the snow cleared from my driveway, and with in 10 to 15 minutes they were here! And this was at 4 in the afternoon! I was thrilled! Nice guys and did a great job! Thank you so much again!
Highly recommend! My mower broke a few weeks ago and I have been trying to fix it, all while letting my grass get out of hand! I reached out to longs and the rest is history! They were able to get to me very soon and at a great price! Beyond thrilled with the rates, customer service, and the job preformed!! I will be using them in the future for all my yard care needs!!
