Mobile Home Park with wooded lots. Great spacing between most mobile homes. You go up a hill, across the hill and then back down the hill.
The road is TERRIBLE. They have tried to "patch" the road but it just makes it a more uneven and bumpy ride and you have to really be familiar with how to maneuver your car or you take the risk of tearing something up. For the amount one has to pay for lot rent they should pave the entire road smooth instead of putting multiple haphazard rough asphalt patches on it. It may cost more to do it correctly but it would definitely make the place more welcoming for visitors just trying to come spend some time with their friends

Yuck. Went there to look at a few available trailers with and for a friend. The insides looked like those 80's movies where the hotel room is very obviously used for drugs and prostitution. It's just the vibe. Not for us.
