I had bought my bedroom furniture in 2014 and it's still in great condition.. Love it...
Should really change the hours of operation it says online that they close at 730 we got there at 7 on the dot and they refused to let us in. Also was not clear with a customer that pick up times differ from store hours. Very disappointed.
Put furniture on layaway told them at the end of July would be getting out on 8/26 get there to pay it off they said tried to order it two days ago and it was discontinued but did not bother to call me won't go back again ever horrible customer service.
Bedroom furniture
Great furniture WHEN ITS THERE. You pay for your choice and place it in their so called LAYAWAY programs yet they will under shoot you and sell your picked purchase right after you leave. Then they claim that before your allowed to pickup your merchandise you are to give them a 3 week notice in advance..hmm why is that? so they can try and get something thats comparable to what you chose back in the store because they have your money and they have sold your furniture!! No refunds mind you, just pay off the remanding balance ... read more
