I would highly recommend Longs Embroidery to anybody! I had 11 canvas bags embroidered with initials for my sister’s bridesmaids. Rick and Allie were so generous with their time when helping me find which font to use. The bags were finished so quickly and are absolutely flawless!

We had the pleasure of working directly with the owner of Long's Embroidery. He sent us several proofs and was very open to our feedback. We love our banner! We always have loved our company t-shirts and can't wait to see our next batch.

I recently visited Long Embroidery and was disappointed with my experience. While the cashier and workers were incredibly friendly and helpful, the owner's demeanor was unfortunately abrasive and rude, even if there was a miscommunication, there was no reason to get excited, I didn’t. It made me feel uncomfortable and less likely to return. It's a shame, as the quality of work seemed great, but the customer service from the owner left a sour taste in my mouth.

It's unfortunate, I put an order in with Longs and the first order had errors, the logo was not aligned on the shirt and they changed the shirt brands without notifying me. I, in a bind put another order in with Longs, and they refused to send me proofs after weeks of me reaching out asking them repeatedly, which I still have emails for and they never responded. After finally being contacted nearly 3 weeks after putting my order in that the items were ready, once more the design was off centered and the hats I ordered could ... read more
