Very disappointing experience at Longs Drugs in Kahului. I waited over 45 minutes just to pick up a photo order, and the store wasn’t even busy. What made it worse was the customer service — when I asked for help or an update, the staff responded in a rude and aggressive manner, which is completely unacceptable. I am new in the island. Still trying to fit into the new lifestyle. I just realized why Locals shop at Longs. It still , somehow maintained the old community camaraderie. And the goods, while on sale… grab them. I always find something good in the aisle. I go there at least once a week. And yes, the weekly ad online is a big help.
