Excellent service, the rest is an easy fix. Finding staff that will go out of their way to help you locate or find something is hard to find these days.
They always have my Rx ready, send texts, allow me to refill online, but their lunch break is a bit long. So if you're in a time crunch, you might be in pain, waiting for a 1.5 hour lunch break to end before you can pick up.
