won't fill out of state prescriptions and claims they did not receive prescriptions as well when I have documented proof it was sent. save your time and go somewhere else. that's what I ended up doing. or bring a handwritten Rx in and then prepare to wait multiple Business days while they fax, likely pull a paper chart, And file it away manually. who knows. but overall my assessment is that the pharmacy is ineffective due to their own corporate policies that get in the way of actual Health Care. Great store, had everything I needed, even a little grocery market.
They make it a pain to shop here. Pharmacy staff always act like they every single person is a nuisance to them. I think they are understaffed constantly because they look extremely stressed. I moved my prescriptions because it’s uncomfortable to be around. I hope the company can treat them better soon. You can tell how miserable everyone is but the company survey is focused on how the external building looks. I avoid it here because it’s depressing to be around.
