Second time that they haven't had the medication that was called in by the doctor. Both times it was over an hour between leaving the doctor and going to pick up the prescription. One would expect that in that time frame someone would have at least looked at our prescription and called us to let us know that we needed to go to another pharmacy. They say that they are committed to customer service but I would disagree.
