I hired Longs to clean the duct behind the filters and the fan for my kitchen hood. The first attempt at this project was not appealing and I put out a review with frustration. Longs reached out to me and asked to make the situation right and they went above and beyond. I will use their service again and will recommend them. I was very pleased for the two gentlemen to arrive on time, cleaned my air ducts and the dryer vent. They did a terrific job.
