I had a wonderful & excellent experience. The technician was very friendly, professional & listened about problem carpet spots & answered all questions & took the time too. I have asthma & allergies & was exceptionally happy to have help with a professional cleaning & drying process. I was very happy they even take the time to dry the carpet after the cleaning.
