This was my mom and my first time trying the Wednesday curbside meals at Long's Catering today. We got the Meatloaf and Chicken Cordon Bleu. Each came with hash brown casserole, green beans, a roll w/butter and an icing-filled cookie sandwich for dessert. Everything was delicious! Large portions and well-packaged for the drive home. I did not get his name, but the man who greeted me and took my "order" was very friendly and made me less anxious about the whole process of trying something new. Long’s Catering was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We had the pleasure of doing two rounds of tastings, and both were excellent. Kristin was wonderful to work with and made everything so easy via email. A few months before the wedding, we decided to add hors d’oeuvres to our menu, and that transition was seamless. Just an update. Used Long's again for my daughter's recent bridal shower. Not only was the food excellent and a good value, they were so very flexible with timing and last minute changes. Kristen in the office was so kind and Randy helped carry in decorations from my car when he delivered the food! And the mac & cheese!!!! OH MY...adult women raved about it all day! We have used Longs for two events now. Positive experiences both times. Food has been great each time. We love the a la carte options for any party.
Longs did a wonderful job at my event last night. The set up, service and clean up was professional and flawless. The food was spectacular. All of my guests were pleased, but more importantly impressed. They did a great job! Highly recommended!!!
