BE CAREFULL ABOUT APPOINTMENT TIMES I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years, until July 18Th 2009. I was having a problem with my central air unit and I called the emergency number at 3:30 pm, left a message and a tech person called me back at 3:50pm.
