cannot get appointment for love nor money u go in surgery not a sole in all staff having a chin wag in back then they have the nerve to advatise for new patients obviously something failing somewhere
Reception and doctors and nurses are always helpful and understanding and friendly
I have never experienced such consistently poor service as I have at Lonrigg Medical Centre. The staff are dismissive, unhelpful, and often outright rude when you ask for even the simplest support. Trying to get an appointment here is impossible — and when you do finally get through, you’re met with bad attitudes and no willingness to help.
