**update August 20th 2026. Still havn't had any communication from the company on our fixes, even though the reply below said it was being looked at. It's been over a month. Multiple ignored emails amd phone calls to office blocked. Absolutle joke of a company. 20 months post handover and we are still waiting for issues to be rectified, from structural defects to paint work still not done. Communication and customer service is the worst I've ever experienced, it's always someone elses problem and noone ever gets back to you.... read more
To be honest it was great to start with, no issues regarding planning and selection... then the drawn out build time (signed 2023) final inspection (April 2025) three different site supervisors. Then unfinished work that was acknowledged on hand over on certificate and in 3 month Maintenance still waiting on storm water to be connected rear roller doors to be aligned, issues with AC duck routing, mounting and cracks still forming around bulkheads (it goes on) I expected better to be honest, smaller company compared to hickie... read more
"House is 10 years old in November and I am currently fixing my 3rd leaking ceiling in that time. My independent building inspector explicitly listed this specific roof leak in the final handover report as a defect requiring rectification prior to handover. The builder claimed it was fixed, but it has now leaked in the exact same spot as it did during construction. I have the original building inspection documentation and photographic evidence from the original build showing the identical leak location."
**Update** We are now approaching 8 months post handover and are still waiting for maintenance issues to be resolved. Communication is below average and when you do get a response it is played down. I am now having to go to Consumer and business services for the second time to have issues with this builder resolved! Reading more and more of these reviews, they all relate to the same issues.
