Fantastic service for a walk in Knowledgeable staff and friendly
Awesome staff. Georgie advised me on medication for my staffy and provided me with what I needed. She was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Absolutely disgraced at the service I received in relation to a 3 month old Hereford Calf with pneumonia. I was told the Vet would ring me back to have a chat Phone call not returned, So the following day I drove 120km to town to get antibiotics only to be told by the girl who served me that I probably won’t get it as they haven’t been to our property for a long time to treat any BIG animals. She also told me the calf was probably just weaning itself so that is the reason it isn’t drinking its milk. I was told the Vet was in... read more
Took my old dog in on Thursday because she was sick and hadn’t eaten in the last 2 days. She needed to have soft tissue surgery to remove pus from her neck. Got sent home with antibiotics and anti inflammation pills and paid close to $700. They fixed the neck problem but caused another problem. By Sunday my poor girl was not doing any better and started throwing up brown liquid. So they told me to bring her back in. Asking me what i wanted them to do because my dog is old.
