I would not deal with them again. Had a serious leak in the heating unit. We suggested blocking up the unit as a temporary measure. They did a pressure test and said there were leaks everywhere and therefore not an option. Radiator, waterpump and most hoses needed replacement. Estimate of $5000-$10000. We went elsewhere for a second opinion, they blocked the heating unit, did a pressure test to find there were no other real problems. $300 We can confidently return to WA to get the heating unit fixed.

These guys know toyotas inside out and diagnosed a steering issue 3 city mechanics failed at. Also did what they could to get me on the road as quickly as possible and we're happy to spend time discussing the issues.

We were travelling through recently and had some mechanical issues that needed urgent attention. Longreach motors were able to accommodate us in their busy schedule within a few days at short notice and were able to fix the problem promptly at a reasonable price. Very satisfied with the service that they provided and their quality of work.

I visited Longreach Motors in the to see if I could book an appointment to service my caravan brakes at short notice, Alice fitted me in for 8am me next morning which was amazing! Issues fixed explained the problems, tested & now back the road. Thanks Alice & Service Team
