Very helpful, tested my battery "dead" and helped me replace it
A huge shout out to Ian who slotted me in for a Friday avo fault find with the van Battery Mngt System and DC/DC charger..traced down the issue and added in a better fuse for added safety as well as giving me some guidence on how to improve the setup for the longer term. In the mean time we are safely back on the road.. Ian was so obliging and helpful.. and kept all his other customers happy too as he went about this job. His charges were very reasonable too. Fabulous. Ian is so knowledgeable and so intent on helping you out. He sorted our bus solar/battery/wiring issues out when nobody else has been able to. Ian has to service all local people so if you are a traveller and have to wait a few days, it's well worth it. Ian is the chillest dude and it's service like his that makes you like Longreach.

Well, firstly, isn't it nice to get great customer service. From the moment I walked into Longreach auto electrics the friendly and helpful service was second to none. Ian, I presume is the owner could not have done anymore to help me out.He explained to me exactly what HE thought was best for my issue, sure he could have sold me more expensive items, but instead of ripping me off and sending me on my way he was genuine and most helpful.
