Had a phenomenal experience today at this location I had saw a product online and when I got the store I couldn’t see it on the shelf I asked a lovely guy who was working on the floor doing another job if it was available he promptly stopped what he was doing and went and checked inside for it after checking inside he couldn’t find the product he then asked a stock manager who was also very busy after a few mins id settled on them not having it he then came to find me with the product after being away from his job for a good... read more
My go to grocery store in the neighbourhood! Great staff - so friendly! Always have every item I need. Meat selection for steak cuts could be a bit better, but as expected at a grocery store & not a specialized butcher. Only grocery store I go to in this area. They also have a point system which I recommend as you’ll get member discounts too on items!
Small Longos coming from a spoiled downtowner from Maple Leaf Square Longos but had all my favorites and great food bar selections. Has self check out which is convenient, and a SB! Good organic section.
The amount of items that show as available in your store online versus the amount of items that actually are available in your store is incredibly concerning. I use delivery services for groceries and every single time I order for delivery. Half of the items that you are supposed to carry you do not carry. Every single time I've had a delivery person shop there. They say that the staff members are rude. They are unhelpful. They don't know where anything is.... We travelled from up north because our kids wanted to see the hockey game. My wife and I sat at Longo‘s on King Street and the manager was so nice to put the game on the big screen. My wife and I sat and had snacks and watched the game. They treated us so so nice. The snacks were fantastic and it was such a nice warm atmosphere. I would definitely come back and I would more than definitely recommend going there to anyone else thank you to all the staff that made us feel so welcome. I will definitely come back.
