I usually enjoy shopping at Longo’s, but had a very unpleasant experience at the bakery section today. I went in to purchase a birthday cake just a few minutes before closing — I understand that only 5 mins were left for closing and its a long weekend, but the staff member at the bakery was extremely rude and dismissive. Sneaky signage , Although the store has always had quality stuff my past two experiences have been less than stellar , I bought two chuck burger packages @ $12.99 each and when i arrived home i noticed that i had been charged $15.99 each . I went back yesterday and got a refund and whilst there bought a few items one of which was little potatoes advertised at $2.99 , It was not until this Morning when a received an email from Longo's that i realized that i had been charged $11.63 for two little bags of spuds .
