Once a great dealer, but slowly creeping into lame dealer territory. The parts department no longer price matches to their online parts pricing and only does “msrp”. I came in for an oil filter that I ordered and the parts guys told me that the order isn’t ready, but can be ready if I pay for list price ($10). I already paid $5 for the oil filter online and he told me to come back tomorrow when it’s ready. I asked if I can order it now for online pricing,he said no. Why have a shuttle service that starts at 8 if there's not going to be anyone at the desk? Am I supposed to shuttle myself?
Terrible customer service two hours waiting for a test drive for my car when they ask me before at what time I was planning come for the test and the only solution they give me is that I have to keep waiting…. My car is in the service since yesterday morning
