Do not bring your car here! My 2007 Rav4 was in a fender bender. Auto club recommended I bring it here. Next thing I know they're calling my car a total loss, auto club refuses to cover the cost to repair it. All this because the people here lowball me on the value of my car & inflated the cost of the repair. They claim my rav4 is only worth $3000 while the repairs initially would be $5500 & later inflated to $8800. Had staff here lie straight to my face. Will never recommend them, not bc of the quality of work, but because of the service. I'm sure you all know there's nothing worse than being bs'ed by someone in the automotive industry. Longo Collision should be avoided at all costs. I only used them bc my car was in a hit and run, and I thought they would do the best work.

I will not recommend my friends or any body come here, it token long long times 7 weeks to take back my car.
