We are the most cozy and friendly Yarn Shoppe in the St. Vrain Valley. We teach classes and provide supplies for Knitting, Crochet, Spinning, Weaving, & Needle Felting. Our yarn collection is beautiful and we can't wait to show it to you!!

Outstanding yarn store with very a friendly owner Gail and really nice friendly knitters. I can't wait to take several of the classes in 2017 and improve my knitting. This store has a great selection of yarn, some very unusual and interesting.

I stumbled into LYS over the summer and it felt like a second home right away. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable, I really enjoy hanging out there. I have also enjoyed the classes I have taken.
I've been lucky enough to visit LYS several times, a few as a visitor to the area, and many more when I lved about an hour away. Gail and her team have ALWAYS been warm, welcoming and kind. The shop is full of wonderful yarns, both local and mainstream, and so much other fiber related goodness.
Full of fab fiber and great service! Be sure to check out the handwork nights first and second Fridays of the month and the spin-in (my fave) on the last Tuesday of the month. So happy my LYS is LYS!

The Longmont Yarn Shoppe is fabulous! They carry quality yarn in all price ranges. There are classes for beginners, but also special advanced topics or projects. Knitters, crocheters, spinners and all fiber artists are equally welcomed. The sense of community is wonderful. There are frequent gatherings and you will often find the table full of people crafting and chatting. Every member of the staff is helpful and will make sure you find everything you need for a successful project.
