Dr Kim has been so helpful and great at explaining things. Although I live far from Longmont and there are local eye care clinics, I wait till I am in the area to see her.
Dr Kim is always so knowledgeable and helpful. We always feel very comfortable in her expertise and her care.
We made an appointment over the phone, being assured that they take my insurance. But, when I got there and spent 20 minutes filling out their forms....It turned out that they do Not accept my insurance, which is one of the Big 3, and not easy to miss. The front desk service is slow, ignorant, negligent, unapologetic, and shows how much they care about the Customer. 3 hours wasted... 3 stars deducted. One for each hour. Thank you.

I highly recommend Dr. Kim if you are looking for a prescription for glasses and or contact lenses. She is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I started seeing Dr. Kim when she began her career on the East Coast. I was seeing her for 10 years before she broke the news she was moving to CO! Luckily enough, I travel to CO for work semiannually and able to see her for my annual exam. So glad that I didn’t have to look for a new OD!
