Had to replace a cracked and leaking toilet but with our current floor, the new toilet would not sit level. We did a quick, temporary fix and scheduled an appointment for a permanent fix. Unfortunately, the plumber layered their own quick fix on top of ours explaining that when we put new tile down it will be fine. Well we do plan to redo the flooring but that won't be until next year and we were planning to install vinyl flooring, not tile. So, at some point, we will have to deal with this again. Shane came out and fixed the problem professionally and politely! My family and I were very impressed!
I have edited this review as after management was made aware of my situation and displeasure, Brien went above and beyond to insure the job was done swiftly and correctly. His customer service was top notch and because of him specifically I would use Longmire Plumbing again. Why has my repair not only not been completed but started? It was suppose to be started Friday. We won a free RO system after entering a drawing at the fair. Within two weeks Longmire came to install. They were very professional. Brien Toombs is an exceptional employee. He answered all of our questions and finished installing in a timely manner. I will highly recommend Longmire plumbing and irrigation.
