Bought a cage trailer in February 2020 and have had very satisfactory service from it... but put up with a minor inconvenience with the tailgate after the hinges were bent slightly out of line (my own fault). Eventually returned to the Birkdale store to try to get something done to return the tailgate to proper alignment. Staff mechanic Mick was absolutely brilliant...a quick assessment of what was required and ten minutes in his workshop and the tailgate was once more properly aligned.
