Bought a cage trailer in February 2020 and have had very satisfactory service from it... but put up with a minor inconvenience with the tailgate after the hinges were bent slightly out of line (my own fault). Eventually returned to the Birkdale store to try to get something done to return the tailgate to proper alignment. Staff mechanic Mick was absolutely brilliant...a quick assessment of what was required and ten minutes in his workshop and the tailgate was once more properly aligned. Trailer suspension has snapped twice within just over a year of purchase, first time being only a few months after and second time within 6 months. Both times under normal operating conditions - back up a driveway and second on a flat even surface. I will be getting rid of my trailer due to the lack of support from the company and being told it’s my fault for how I use the trailer. Other than this, the reflectors on the sides fell off about 2 days after buying.
