The people here are really nice, helpful. It's a stressful situation when something is wrong with your car and especially when you don't have another one to drive. They were very patient with me when I called a bunch, super helpful in person and still helped me when I managed to get there 15 minutes prior to closing. Only downfall was waiting 3 weeks for them to look at it to be told they couldn't get it to overheat again and couldn't find out what was wrong with it which is frustrating for obvious reasons.
