Once again the NHS has saved my life. I cannot praise the doctors and staff at this clinic any higher. I recovered from sepsis a decade ago and when I needed urgent attention recently for a bacterial infection the response was instantaneous! I found that by calling the surgery at their allocated ‘urgent ‘ time a doctor was able to call me back asap, which was within a few minutes. My children and I have been patients at LS for a number of years. The staff are unwaveringly polite and professional and I have regularly found a number of the staff including receptionists, nurses, midwives & GPs to go above and beyond . Problems encountered have been beyond their control so I feel 5*s are well deserved. One or 2 GPs have been less impressive but the other staff make up for it.

Staff on reception so rude and unhelpful……. Seems like they all have chips on their shoulders. Never have I had one good experience with reception staff.

Glad we changed to our local doctors ! Always helpful reception staff and never a long wait … other comments may want to try the aspen centre where I was ..another world believe me !!

DRs are great and really helpful. However, receptionists are rude both in person and over the phone and a very long wait time, appointment was over a month away when booked and health condition isn’t getting any better.
