I have gone here multiple times and every time dr Monroe was so dismissive and made me feel like she didn’t care about my issues one bit! The only reason I went was because the doctors office was close to my house but I had to switch doctors because the service was so bad. At one point we literally had an argument because she wanted to put me on anxiety medication instead of giving me a referral for a therapist and I felt so pressured into to taking them which no doctor should make you feel like this! If there was a choice here to give 0 stars I would these place is horrible all I needed was a signature for the dmv after he says come back 3 times the second time he did nothing he made me uncomfortable when he checked my heart he got very close! And then he said oh” I’m not signing that after telling me to visit a few times he did not even do anything with me I told him I had lumps and pain oh he searched a place then took it off his screen what? I wanted to like this place but there were issues with the referral process that could have led to a delay in care. They are also very difficult to reach when you call, as they never answer their phones which has led to a delay in care anyway, since I could not reach them or get a response from them about rescheduling an appointment. Now I will have to find another provider and possibly repeat the same care all over again, which is a huge waste of money and time.
