Great product and company is top shelf
Absolutely stellar customer service experience! I've got multiple Nitecore backpacking headlamps and have always loved them. My NU20 Classic was great for over a year (READ: I was outside the warranty window) and then the battery lost its ability to hold a charge. In a a single overnight without any use it would go from 100% to 50%, which made it useless for backpacking.
