Absolutely stellar customer service experience! I've got multiple Nitecore backpacking headlamps and have always loved them. My NU20 Classic was great for over a year (READ: I was outside the warranty window) and then the battery lost its ability to hold a charge. Was looking for a pressure switch for a tac light, and found it listed on their website, and best of all "in stock." I quickly made my purchase and even paid extra for rush shipping. Received an email the next day letting me know that the product was discontinued and they would be refunding me. Thanks for the refund, all be it probably 5-7 business days later, but why allow people to purchase items that you don't have in the first place.
