I have a unit here. There was water damage to my $1600. Sofa, a Antique blanket, a memory foam mattress and they take out $12.00 a month for Insurance. The Insurance Company did not pay the claim. Also they have a Big Rat problem. Make sure your stuff is in totes and put out extra Bair. I did, but they are still a problem.
Well l really love Betty that was patient with me getting my storage and walking me through the process.
