Longhorn installed the plantation shutters on our home and we couldn't be happier. The communication from the start was great and the shutters look amazing! All of the available options were explained to us upfront so that we could make the best decision for our family. With kids running around our house, the last thing we wanted was something that wouldn't last. Our plantation shutters are durable, easy to operate, and add value to our home. I have been trying for a week and a half to get a solar screen that this firm installed back in 2016 repaired. They have consistently pushed me back with a different excuse everyday. I can't believe these people have the rating they apparently do. Anything you can do to help get my screen repaired would be greatly appreciated.

Mr ***** You contacted us last week and we told you at that time our main installer was going to be out of town till this Monday. Well his flight got canceled so he didn't get into town till Tuesday. We had a long list of repairs for him to get to, and yours is on our list. We will be at your house tomorrow morning to fix the shade.
