Good service and attention to detail. We had to remind them of a few things, but then they really followed through and were proactive. Technicians were kind and professional.
Longhorn Solar installed panels on my house but over the last year or so they are not generating any savings. Last month, Sep 23, indicated 0. Panels are under warranty but trying to get someone to call & schedule a service appointment for service has been extremely frustrating. Apparently they do not stand by their sales guarantee.

Was looking to get a battery system installed to existing panels. Kent was very helpful in showing and explaining different setups and their costs. While we ended up not getting anything due to unforeseen circumstances, Kent was understanding and polite. Was nice to not feel pressure.
