They aren't very professionalthey You would think they would be trying to make money. with their practice but this particular manager kept changing her mind about if she was going to assist me. All she needed from me at first was my W2. Then when I brought it, it was the wrong time. Once again that next day I tried doing it over the phone but she said she couldn't & wouldn't do it over the phone but when I returned, she told me that she was doing someone else's over the phone and wouldn't help me file mine's in person 🤔🤔 I... read more
