I was originally directed to Longhorn by the team at Andy's Sprinkler. That should tell you enough. right there: Use who the pros use. I have found the team at Longhorn (specifically Keith and Matteo) to be not only professional, but also knowledgeable in the products and services that they offer. For me, driving the additional few miles to the Frisco location is worth it to ensure I get the right products and the right answers - first time. The big box retailers leave customers to fend for themselves. Well done, team!
Keith and Mateo were incredibly helpful in helping with planning and strategy for upgrading my system and repairing some components. Best product products and best price are definitely the situation here, but expert advice in these areas for a DIY guy are absolutely priceless. Friendly, helpful and super professional, highly recommend this place!
