Melinda was so helpful and professional with getting me scheduled for my MRI. She understood my sense of urgency and even called to let me know there had been a cancelation for a sooner appointment. She definitely set the mood for my 1st experience at Longhorn imaging and it was great. Rene was so patient and knowledgeable about the type of imaging I was having. Lucas was absolutely a great person to be taken care of by. He made the experience easy.
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Mel and Marissa who were very professional, personable and courteous. Marissa picked up an incoming call while Mel checked me in. Mel explained everything I needed to do very thoroughly and efficiently . As I was filling out the forms that were needed for my CT scan I could hear Marissa and Mel answering phone calls with the same Professional, personable and courteous attitude as they displayed towards me. I will never go to another imaging facility…this was genuinely an enjoyable experience. From the first call to set an appointment to creative ways to get the right view to check out, these ladies offer top notch care. Marissa, Mel, Estrella, and Victoria- thank you!! They are patient, kind, and personable. I hope I don’t need services again anytime soon haha, but I know where to go when I do! I’m thankful to have y’all in Kyle now.
