Great place to get an MRI! Staff was amazing!
Communication between their Insuance department and scheduling is horrendous. Took a week to coordinate an appt after I provided the pre authorization. I callled daily, was promised call backs that never occurred until the very end. Appt time 1210, I arrived 1130, 44 minutes later still in waiting room… Hopefully I don’t need an MRI anytime soon, but if I do, will definitely be choosing another provider .
I had a great experience at Longhorn Imaging Center for my X-rays. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was seen promptly without a long wait. The imaging technician explained the process clearly, answered my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. The facility was clean, organized, and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend!
