Beat Imaging experience I’ve had in San Antonio. The ladies at the front desk did an outstanding job. I needed a IV and that was very quick. And the CT tech was quick, informative, and made it comfortable.

I have to admit I went here very begrudgingly. Through an odd series of Insurance chaos I was unable to go my regular Imaging center. I am so thrilled it happened!! While it’s not as close to my home, I will continue to go here. When I walked in I could tell it was different. The room felt different! The lights were casually dim, spa type music played and the decor didn’t say medical facility. I am not one to write reviews, but I felt it was very necessary with the experience that I had. From the get-go the front desk associate, Naomi, Was super friendly and despite Being on the phone at the time, Made it a point to acknowledge me. Hearing the way, she spoke to current and perspective clients on the phone was astonishing. She was so patient kind and helpful. First time at this company, the customer service was sensational, I was treated like I was going there every time. The MRI technician very courteous was helping me throughout the process. I will recommend this facility to anyone.
