After being given orders from IPA to get imaging, I went here to comply. There were (3) ahead of me. The receptionist told me I’d be after those 3. I sat for over an hour or so. 4-5 other clients came in and all except 2 were seen before I decided to get my paperwork and leave. While trying to retrieve my paperwork both females behind the desk couldn’t locate them. One of the women quit looking and started making her lunch in a bowl while the other one continued to search. We had an insurance issue/delay upon check-in. While getting the issue corrected, we passed our appointment time. Thankfully the office staff was willing and able to still work an appointment in so we did not lose our appointment. We understand the complexity of working in time and adjusting and how that impacts scheduling needs. For that, we are extremely thankful. Thank you to the office staff for patience, understanding, and adaptability.
