Front desk staff and MRI tech working on the evening of 23 March were professional, welcoming, efficient and overall experience was great. Discs and imaging were given back in a reasonable time frame without hassle. Best place to get imaging done in Killeen.
I just wanted to comment on Miss Ashley’s performance today. I waited in the lobby for my insurance to verify which is no biggie. I just sat and observed the entire lobby and Ashley’s professionalism throughout lunch. She hustled and took care of everyone even rude customers but she stayed calm and powered through. I was over charged on two appointments for my “out of packet” based on the insurance final payment and now 3 months later I can’t get a hold of anyone or get a return phone call to reimburse me my over payment of over $100.
Longhorn imaging was clean and professional very efficient
Quick and efficient, got the MRI and Disk in the same day! The technician was very friendly and will have conversation with you which is very rare. The lady at the front desk is very sweet and respectful as well. 10/10 will be back if I ever need more imaging done!
