Gary Weisbart I went to Longhorn because my Neurosurgeon wanted a MRI of my neck and back. When I arrived I was told that they only had orders to Scan my back. I have been in a lot of pain from a broken neck that didn’t heal right many years ago. That was what I really needed but they said they were not going to make any changes to the order. Went yesterday for a MRI, was finally brought back after waiting 40 min. The tech tried 3 x to start an IV, each time was painful for me as she dug around with the needle. She was very inexperienced. There was no one else present that could start an IV so I requested a refund and left, now have to get it rescheduled with another imaging center. I would NOT recommend this facility, it was a waste of my time and very painful.
Have used these people four times. Never an issue. Always professional, courteous and hygenic!
