This is probably the worst incontinence supplier known to man. Their staff is very rude and none helpful. Since April I have had nothing but issues and then all of a sudden after I have canceled are services with them they wanna send supplies that I haven't approved. I hope this review makes it to the person in need of guidance because I wouldn't use tenderheart for my animals.
I have no long time with this company and i can tell you this is the most horrible service I have ever get..They always cut my supplys also they was hands to said the problem is medicade or is the Dr or I change my order?blame everybody.Also they eat and have a job because Us.US fro. Us
I’ve asked for a different size and they sent the wrong size. According to them they have two sizes that are different but have the same label. How am I supposed to know this. Save yourself the stress and trouble and find a different company. My son has been in the wrong size diapers for over 3 months. Now they saying they can’t replace my order. Yet they are so fast to charge my insurance. I will be filing a formal complaint against them. Now they go by TenderHeart Outcome.
