I've had nothing but a good experience with this company.
Every sence you been Tenderheart you been bad for the community. I hope you are not taking United Healthcare Money knowing you not sending supplies 3 months in a row. Knowing that you have no plan to answer the phone cause you know why we calling, why not send out a letter saying you on your own this month. Why not reach out for help from other companies. I'm sure you are taking the money and committing Medicaid Fraud and you will be caught soon..
This company sucks! It has no regards for patient care. They don’t meet minimum requirements to make sure the clients has their incontinence supplies. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but it continually happens. Longhorn Solution just lie repeatedly and never addresses issues. It’s management is never available for escalated call.
