I haven't had any problems with this company. When I call I do get a helpful live person to help me with my issues then give suggestions. They send all my supplies on time. If you have problems with supplies you need more wipes,diapers,etc. You need to call your insurance company to ask for more They can only give you the amount your insurance company says.
I've had nothing but a good experience with this company.
Every sence you been Tenderheart you been bad for the community. I hope you are not taking United Healthcare Money knowing you not sending supplies 3 months in a row. Knowing that you have no plan to answer the phone cause you know why we calling, why not send out a letter saying you on your own this month. Why not reach out for help from other companies. I'm sure you are taking the money and committing Medicaid Fraud and you will be caught soon..
