I purchased the "Pro Grade traction bars" for a 2021 Ram 3500 Tradesman longbed. For starters, their website description is NOT accurate. The longbed version are too long and will NOT fit the 3500 longbed due to the placement of the DEF tank bracket, the shortbed version would've fit perfectly. No communication. I ordered a product of theirs through a third party. Product arrived with a defective piece. I sent an email with a photo showing the defect and they never replied back. I’ve called them multiple times a day and nobody answers the phone.
Fantastic family business that goes out of their way to serve their customers and their community. I could not recommend them enough!
