It saddens me to post this but I have to get it off my chest. I'm am so very disappointed that I have been left to only see nurse practitioner. I'm am also hurt and angry that Dr boohrs office didn't see a huge 10 ml and a 2 ml bulging discs on my mri. I highly doubt they even looked at it. I have been in excruciating pain literally for going on months now and I kept begging for pain meds and I was refused any relief. Instead I was treated like an addict just trying to get pain meds. Nice guy but always behind. You might get seen an hour after your scheduled appointment time. Told me that we would talk about the next step when the pain affects my daily life; which it does. Then said well when the episodes get more frequent…I said this is my third within a year. He said “every other week.” Nope. Time for a second opinion.
I saw Dr.Booher on 6/18/25 for a check up after my spinal cord stimulator surgery with my pain management dr and he was happy i finally got it done and that i was doing as well as i was. He always makes me feel appreciated and cared for when i am there. Me and him have become the best of friends and best buddies. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a good neurosurgeon for your back. He takes real good care of me. Thank you dr.booher.
Dr. Booher was fantastic. I had a pretty severe right L4-5 disc herniation that was causing some pretty significant symptoms in my right gluteal and lower leg area, making me unable to stand upright, sleep, and walk. I work in health care and work had become very difficult to perform as well. In addition, I had a newborn born around the time that the pain significantly worsened.
