Spoke with a gentleman this afternoon @1:30pm on 4/10/25 checking on an order I made @9am. This gentleman was rude and disrespectful. To clarify iv been using longhorn for over 6 years with different companies and the ladies up there have always gone above and beyond to help or get things moving quickly. I'm with an industrial construction company so some items can get tricky to find and are usually in a pinch scenarios. And the ladies have always came through hitting it out of the park.
