Spoke with a gentleman this afternoon @1:30pm on 4/10/25 checking on an order I made @9am. This gentleman was rude and disrespectful. To clarify iv been using longhorn for over 6 years with different companies and the ladies up there have always gone above and beyond to help or get things moving quickly.
