I had just read Cary W 's review and I wish I read it before I do business with Longhorn Appliance. The company sent me Joseph to repair my glass cook top on Oct 17 and today is Jan 11, 2024 ; the job is still not done. Joseph made a wrong diagnosis at the beginning and he charged me over $200 more for his mistake. He did something to my on/off switch and my keep warm function while he did his repair. I have to give a very bad review against this company because the technician they sent created another big problem to me, at last my expensive glass cooktop was broken. The worst thing is that they are not only unwilling to take responsibility but also make up a false story that the glass was already broken in the beginning when the technician came.
