The atmosphere is incredible right next to beach the patio offers a fantastic setting. The food was pretty good for brunch. We had the crab Benedict, lemon ricotta pancakes with blueberries and the hime fried potatoes. All were good. The service was incredibly slow. Our waiter took our order and we didn’t see him for an hour after that left sitting with empty drinks and dirty plates in front of us the whole time. It looked like staff was overworked. Food was OK not great. Used to be better in the past.
My husband and I had dinner tonight at Longs in Kaanapali. The atmosphere was gorgeous. The sunset was beautiful. The food was OK. The service was terrified. It’s the first time in my life that I ever did not tip parcel. It took me 20 minutes to get bread a half an hour to get the bill I ordered linguine and clams Sunday night 630. They were out of clams. I’ve been going to long since 1990 when they were on front Street my husband and I will never be back. The atmosphere was beautiful. The experience was a zero.
